Virtual Learning Center - iWellness

This webpage has been established as a “landing page” for students, families, and staff to access if they wish to learn more about iWellness and the iWellness Center.

All Virtual Learning Center stakeholders are encouraged to contact VLC Director Kellie Robertson (krobertson@swcrk.org) directly or through the Main Office (810-591-4380) if they have questions regarding iWellness.

We look forward to serving our students and families to best support personal mental wellness within our school community and prevent or address trends that are not conducive to healthy mindsets or personal wellness.

Our plan for iWellness is to conduct student mental health check-ins twice monthly on designated "Wellness Wednesdays."

On these designated days, all students will be asked to check in through iWellness to inform our staff about the wellness of our student community. We will be looking at student data to address (2) matters:

1.) Individual Student Support - Do any students need personalized assistance at that time?

2.) School Community or Group Needs - over a series of “Wellness Wednesday” checks, our staff will be able to see if any patterns exist in data that inform us to take action for the school community or a group within the school community.

Students can click on the button below to access the iWellness secure portal:

Our current Wellness Wednesday schedule is listed below, subject to changes. Please occasionally check back to review:

Note: All responses will be kept confidential and in compliance with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA).  Please also know that survey results are not considered to be diagnostic but informational only.

If, for any reason, parents wish to opt out of their student, please do so by contacting the VLC Director Kevin Klaeren (krobertson@swcrk.org) directly or through the Main Office (810-591-4380).
